Coats Senior Center Rental Procedure

1.  Call the Office to check for availability  (910) 897-4616

2. Fill out the Rental Application

3. Click Here for the link to the Rental Application and Requirement and Conditions Form or come into the center to pick up a copy

4. Return application with fees to the center

5. Deposit Fee:  A $200.00 nonrefundable fee is required to reserve the building and must be paid at the time building is rented.  We cannot reserve and hold dates without a deposit.  If the center is used on the reserved date, $175.00 will be returned if all requirements and conditions are met as stated on the "Rental Requirements and Conditions Form".  A $25.00 fee is deducted to cover the cost of mopping the floors.

6. Rental Fees:

   • Friday: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm $75 (if renting on Saturday)  $200.00 (if renting on Friday night only)

   • Saturday: 6:00 am – 11:00 pm $400

   • Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm $200

   • Monday – Thursday Evenings – Call for availability
